This is where experience matters most. I focus on protecting your money and maximizing your outcome, whether that means winning in multiple offers, negotiating credits, or structuring strong terms when selling.

Step 5: Closing

I coordinate closely with escrow, lenders, and all parties involved to make sure everything stays on track and nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll always know what’s happening and why. I don’t let things become confusing or last-minute.
